At the age of seventeen, Bradley made his senior international debut for Northern Ireland in May 2021 after officially joining the Reds from Dungannon United in September 2019.

He signed his first professional contract with the team in July 2020. He played in Marc Bridge-Wilkinson’s U18 team that advanced to the FA Youth Cup final and spent the majority of the 2020–21 season with Barry Lewtas’ U23 team, where he scored his first goal in March against West Ham United at Premier League 2 level.

He went to Austria in July 2021 with the men’s team and participated in the friendly match against VfB Stuttgart. He then made his senior debut in the Carabao Cup match at Norwich City in 2021–2022.
